("EBT") payments for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program
("SNAP"), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (“TANF”) and

Children ("WIC").
Government agencies that administer SNAP,
TANF and WIC programs contract with Solutran to provide training assistance to
their staff and other specified persons through this Site
